Wonderla is an amusement park situated around 11kms from Bangalore in the Mysore Highway.

I,along with my friends went during the month of August 2008 which is a rainy season.But the day we went ,it didn't rains eventhough it was a Cloudy day.

Actual timings of Wonderla is 11 am to 7 pm.We didn't know that and we went early.

From the mysore highway it is around 2 km inside.Buses are available from wonderla to pick you to the spot in the busy time.

There is a restaurant inside the Wonderla where we can have breakfast.Prices are reasonable at this place and quality is good.

Ticket costed around 570 for adult along with taxes.So it is almost 600 per adult.It will cost 470 rupees if you come in weekdays.But 570 is the cost of
tickets in all holidays and weekends.The crowd was a bit okay.Not too much and not too less.So we are able to go to all rides by standing short time in queues.

Once you enter you find the dress changing rooms.You can get lockers at the price of 40,50 rupees with a refundable deposit of 150 rupees.



We started our day with small rides all dry rides.Water Rides starts from 12.30 and it closes at 6:00pm.
I had already been to Veegaland in Ernakulam,Kerala.All the rides in Wonderla are almost same as Veegaland.Veegaland is large ,wonderla is small.Good thing is you don't
have to walk long between rides.All are very near.

Most of the rides are very good.Some of the thing which i liked in Dry park is the DropZone

In Drop Zone ,they take you to good height and they suddenly drop.It is a great feeling.

Many rides are all twisters which rotates you 360 degree.Mixers is one such rider which we enjoyed.They rotate you upside down,left right and keep still at 90 degrees.It is really fun.
It looks initiall scary,but once you go in it is really fun.



Virtual reality(Cine Magic) theatre is also a good one time experience,which you can find nowadays common in most of the amusement parks in india.It is a kind of simulation of which you feel like going in a Train,or travelling in space.

In the water park,one can enjoy the Wave Pool.They say Water temperature is maintained at 28 degree celcius,so no need to worry even in winters.

Artificially generated waves in a pool.It is only in timings like 1:40,2:40,....5:40 .Good amount of crowd will be there and one can really enjoy.Me and my friends kept going
for this repeatedly as it had more fun.

Rain Disco is another one which is more enjoyable one.Timings are 1:10,2:10,...5:10 .Inside the room,artificial showers will be pouring down and they play western and hollywood songs.One can enjoy dancing here,especially if you come
with your girl friend.

All sliders are normal.Water pendulum is also a good one.









Every thing in the park are maintained very clean.Quality of service is maintained high in this park.You can good food.You can find toilets in every corner and maintained very clean.You may find Roller coaster rides missing here.It is missing in indian amusement parks.

Overall we spend one day with lots of adventure and fun.Good place to visit in Bangalore.
